PTA members, my name is Marcia Alexander and I am honored to be the President for your 2009-2010 school year. I am excited to be given this opportunity to serve you and work in partnership as we begin a new school year! As we look toward our 2009-2010 school year I welcome and encourage any suggestions and comments and invite you to become a part of your PTA. We will have many volunteer opportunities available even for those of you with busy schedules! We have a talented group on your new PTA Board ready to accept the challenges we will face and they would welcome any help you are willing to give. This year we are excited to have as our annual fundraiser a Raffle - The Cavalier Lotto!! You can win $1000, $750 in gas or a parking space close to the school! We invite everyone to participate and support your PTA! We will be offering many educational opportunities in the upcoming months in our Brown Bag Lunches as well as an evening event. We plan on supporting your faculty and staff with a Teacher Appreciation Breakfast, Lunches and other special treats, as well as assisting with volunteer needs!
